65 Days to go UPDATE!

Only 465 days to go until March 18th!!!!!!.  Entries have now been finalised and we have 21 from the USA, 20 from Russia, 20 from Japan, 19 from Canada and 10 from New Zealand.   Should be a great party!!!

The programme has been drawn up and whilst we describe it a "provisional" we do not expect any major changes.

We conducted the first meeting of the organising Committee for the year yesterday.  All members were present and we are getting well down the road to a very happy and enjoyable event.

Port Stephens Toyota are supporting us by supplying sign writing for our rounding  marks and join the Port Stephens Shire Council (our local government body) as sponsors.

Visitor lists have been finalised and your host families will be notified shortly as to who is staying with whom.   We have done our best to match up visitors with specific hosts , not always an easy task!   We have 92 guests and 33 hosts with a few more still to come.

Our local teams have been selected and we will do our best to give you some pretty good competition!!

We now have wifi on site in our Clubhouse so those of you with iPads and mobiles will have easy access to the internet during your stay.

Our programme will start on Sunday 18th March with a cruise around our waterway using both the racing yachts and some of our local fleet so that supporters and some of our hosts can come along and have a look at our venue. 

Each day, lunch will be provided and there will be a Barbecue (Sausage sizzle we call it!) at the Clubhouse and the bar will be open as soon as the last race of the day concludes.
